Butters Surgery Fund

This week I learned that Butters, my ten year old Corgi has a mass growing on his spleen. He has progressively been eating and moving less so I took him to the Vet. After X-rays and a Ultrasound I have to schedule a surgery to remove the Slightly larger than a tennis ball mass or make the decision to put him down.

I have already spent $800 so far on Vet bills and the expense of his surgery was something I did not plan for. The doctor estimated the surgery to be around $3,200- $4,000. I sadly do no have that kind of money. And I hate to ask for help with money, but I am not in the position to argue the fact that I need help. I want my buddy to have a fighting chance and I believe it's not his time to go yet. His Birthday is June 19th, and I would like to see him make it to 11 years old and live the rest of his life.


His blood work came back negative for Cancer! But his blood work showed signs of anemia and high proteins which is his body fighting off the mass. The tumor is growing on his spleen and has cavitated it and needs to be removed very soon. It is pressing against his stomach and his other organs which explains his lack of apetite and mobility and believe me he loves to eat and go for walks!
