We have a beautiful 4th row Playa Encanto lot on a beach access road with an easy, short walk to the Sea of Cortez. We are looking for other beach lovers to help us in reaching our dream of owning a beach home.

 For a $20.00 donation you get a Hammack pilot t-Shirt. 
A $50.00 donation gets a handmade seashell necklace or a t-shirt. With $100.00 donation you get's you an original piece of beach themed artwork. A $500.00 donation get's a thank you coupon for a 7 night stay in the beach house. With a $5,000 donation, you get a thank you gift of 5 coupons for a 7 night stay to be used from July to October, plus an original piece of artwork. $ $10.000.00 dollar donation gets you a 20 year time share in the Marina Fiesta resort and spa in Cabo San Lucas, includes 2 years of maintaince fee's paid and is ready to book now. Plus a week at the new Casa each year. for 10 year's.

We hope to start building by November 2014 and be done by November 2015. The house will be 2 to 3 stories and have an ocean view from all levels.
This will be our first and last built home. We have never owned or been able to afford anything other thing other than a manufactured home in the USA. So this will be a major first for us.
