Do you want to build a playground? 
We are working to enhance our community park, located on 3650 Southport Parkway. The Bridgeway Lakes Park draws people from across the city with its splash pad, baseball diamond, and boat house. However, as every parent will tell you, it’s lacking a play structure that is accessible for multi-age children. By adding amenities for all children, we can create an even better place – enriching the community and bringing people together. The city Parks and Recreation department agree and have allocated $50,000 towards a new play structure and turf.
To reach our goal of helping Bridgeway Lakes Community Park reach its full potential, we want to match the city’s $50,000. The more money we raise, the more we can do.
This is an exciting opportunity for our community members to help create a larger and stronger constituency for the park. We have been meeting with the city and gathering input from the residents to ensure the plans enhance the park and maximize every penny we raise.
100% of profit will go directly toward the community park and will be a write-off.
EVERY tax-deductible donation makes a difference and gets us closer to our goal. Thank you! As an added benefit if you are able to give more, you will have the opportunity to have a piece of the park by creating a personalized tile or seeing your name featured on a donor recognition plaques.
