London Trip for All-American Cheer

My name is Brianna Shifflett.  I am a Varsity Cheerleader for Summit High School in Spring Hill, TN.  I also cheer competitively at ACE in Franklin, TN.   I recently attended UCA (Universal Cheerleading Association) camp at University of Tennessee in Knoxville and was selected for a position on the UCA All American Team.  All Americans are selected to try out based on superior cheerleading skills at camps across the country.  The UCA All American team will be performing in the world famous London New Year’s Day Parade.

   Only the top 12% of the cheerleaders who attend Varsity summer camps earn the chance to march in the holiday spectacular.  In addition to performing in the London parade, we will have the opportunity to see places such as Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abby and the Houses of Parliament, just to name a few.

   This is a big honor in cheerleading to be invited to cheer with hundreds of other girls from across the country and I am looking forward to representing Tennessee and the USA.  The London trip will be for 7 days from December 26 through January 2, but of course it is not free!  I need to raise some funds in order to be able to take this once in a lifetime trip. 

   I am asking for donations, of any amount, to help pay for my trip.  I love cheerleading and to be able to cheer in London with some of the best cheerleaders in the country would be such a wonderful experience!  I would sincerely appreciate any contribution you could make toward helping me reach my fundraising goal.  Please help me make it to London!!
