Emergency surgery for Bobo

I only have a few hours to raise money for Bobo's surgery. Out of the blue she started crying. She never cries. Bobo is always happy. Dry heaves came next ..only produced foam. She was panting and pacing and crying. Very lethargic.  I immediately called Bay State Vet Emergency Services and explained the symptoms. I raced her there and they say she has bloat.  From this it has twisted her insides.  IMMEDIATE surgery is needed or she will not live past today. I only had $400 to my name  to give.  I am asking everyone if they can help out.  Time is critical as we only have a couple hours.  Bobo is all I have and if it wasnt for her..I wouldn't be here now.  I was in a dark place many years ago for whatever reasons.  Financial, family issues, etc. I so badly wanted to overdose and never wake up. Until Bobo came into my life. I've had her since she was a puppy and she made me realize that wasn't the way to go.  It was now my job to take care of her. And she took care of me. Never barked. Always happy.  Both of us.  I stuck around for her. I promised her I will give her the best life and never leave her. The past ten years she gave me the hope and happiness to look forward to each day and every moment. So I please ask for help. Again this surgery if done needs  to be done today. Or my Bobo won't be here anymore. The doctors told me with the twisting of her insides...they slowly start kill her and cut off blood. I never even knew about bloat. Read about it but never in detail.  All of this just came on out of the blue. Please help. Please.
