The Atkins Family House Fire Fund

This past Saturday, the 27th of September, a tragic house fire occurred at the residence of Bill, Julie, Camille and Davis Atkins and they lost everything except for their lives and the clothes on their back. In addition to their home, 2 vehicles were lost to the fire as well. Many grand kids of Bill & Julie Atkins were over visiting when this occurred and thank God for that because had they not been there, this could have ended very differently with the loss of life. Ten year-old hero, Mckenzi, first heard popping noises in the garage and ran to get her mom who then saw the fire and, glory be to God, got all 12 souls in the house out alive just seconds before the house became fully engulfed in flames.

So many have been asking how to help. Most importantly, your prayers are needed as the Atkins begin the next phase of picking up the pieces and starting over. This is a family of believers who are grateful no lives were lost and continue to praise God in this storm. For those of you asking for an avenue to give, this account has been set up in which all donations will go directly toward the rebuilding and living expenses for Bill, Julie, Camille and Davis.  The outpouring of love and support from the community, family and friends during this devastating time of loss has been greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten!
