Recycled Water for Artificial Limb

   My name is Bashair Jabari ; A Palestinian American Biologist. And here is my Vision.

      Life is Ups & Downs and those days are rotated between people .    And  Since it's not easy for the concept of Crowd Funding to be spread in whats's considered a Second World Nation like Palestine and to have Credit cards in every bread winner's hand, it is very Hard for a women like me to Joint venture for such an outdoor masculine business back in the West Bank.  My hope in finding partners in Palestine was put down ; it's either a Loan or none. 

So Now I turn to You , the  Optimistic, sympathetic, active & achieving Global world.

Asking of You the reader to be Deep and Thoughtful enough to Help in however small an amount You can enable to Implement   the process of Recycling Residential Grey Water in the homes of most Palestinians in the West Bank, by that achieving Self - Sustainability through integrating it into daily human life realities!

The prototype is set and tested, the  business plan is laid out, the  aims are beyond the materialistic world...


The aim of this project is rather to train Societies on how to live side by side with Nature, through

 Attaching our Need for FOOD with the

HEALTHIEST Cost Effective ways to PERTAIN IT , and

so MAINTAINING         Self Sufficiency    while

Harmonizing Ourselves with the Most important RESOURCE  on Earth, which is Water. 


This Product will be named
"Green Water for Artificial Limbs"  ;

through a logo that symbolizes ROSPERITY  while at the same time  triggering the CONSCIENCE in us , we will indirectly lead people to environmental sustainability as well, while supporting the handicapped and homeless in the world.

  In three years from now in Gods' grace, I hope with YOUR  help  that  I'll be your   pioneer business women in this  field and a successful Philanthropist at that; where 20%  of the Net Value income from this product & service will be dedicated  for the aid of purchasing Prosthetics for the handicapped, and covering  any expences  in  Building Homes for the innocent Handicapped, Refugee and Displaced children, elderly and women   which are dispersed, helpless and shelterless in  refugee camps all over the the World. 

Another 20% for installing these systems for poor people in common communities  that have scarce water resources.

THIS PROJECT IS TO HELP THEM HELP THEMSELVES and not wait the permissions for aid be allowed  by the Aid agencies and organizations controlled by   Israel, but rather strengthen their own capabilities of Self Sustainabilty and Innovation... AND THE GOOD YOU DO  ... WILL COME BACK TO YOU IN WAYS YOU COULD NEVER IMAGINE...

Story of the Project & I 

I was born to be  a multilingual Palestinian Ameriacan that just can't  turn a blind eye to the distressed and live a simple life driving my 1984 UNO and working as a freelancer through Upwork, I live a simple life and want a good future for my children in their homeland Palestine ..

   Studying bachelors in Biology while bearing three children.... and Ever since my children, sister and I proudly accomplished the first prototype for what's known as  THE GREY WATER RECYCLING SYSTEM, back in October 2013, the temptations to accumulate enough cash to buy the machines and tools needed and rent a place  in order to proceed in manufacturing Grey Water Recycling Systems has been a major life aim.

But since the big funding companies in the Occupied Palestinian  Territories are being too strict in a way where they only allow for loans, and since it's not easy for a women to joint venture for such an outdoor masculine business back in the Middle East, my hope in finding partners was smashed to pieces.

 Now I turn to YOU the sympathizer, the good willed, the people who support an Eco green existance .  

The business plan is laid out ... the  aims are beyond the materialistic world... but rather  to train  societies on how to live Side by Side with nature, by  attaching their needs  for FOOD  with the right cost effective ways to pertain it , bringing self sufficiency to theirselves  while  harmonizing with the most important resource on Earth, which is Water.

This Product will be named "Green Water for Artificial Limbs";through a logo that symbolizes prosperity and triggers the conscience  in us, we will indirectly lead people to environmental sustainability while supporting the handicapped  and homeless in the world.

Your hand and mine will contribute in maintaining resources of sustainable income for all.


The Concept:

It's simply a product for recycling -kitchen, bathing and cloth washing- water that we shall install directly for the customer in Palestine either as a small unit in the balconies or bigger units on lands and maybe other parts of the world as well, where the outcome will be irrigating a flourishing garden of Vegetables and Fruits from water that could have gone to waste , thus attaining beautiful sustainability.

Mission:

  All humans need water, but irrigating water is an issue in the West Bank; people here, are at their utmost  NEED  for irrigating water. At this point in time where population is exponentialy growing  in size  while natural resources are dramaticaly demolishing; Palestinians get only 15% of the water resources in their country; about 50 litres for each Palestinian citizin in the West Bank  compared to a  1000 litres  for each Israeli citizin in the Occupied Palestinian Land after 1948.
And if You haven't known ; the Apartheid Wall is worsening this situation even further ... like animals in a barn we shall become.

Industrial Vision:

   Water recycling systems exist unpopular in the market; also better technologies addressed for these systems are still expensive for the market consumer and or too large for many to install. Both, the product and market strategy for installing grey water systems proposed here will make life easier and prosperous for  many  people and  generations to come.

 
History:

  Since childhood, a green thumb was my adjective, but in 2007 it came out more community like; two neighboring friends of mine who had been facing economical issues needed help in finding prosperous time, which was then that the idea of using grey water from my sink and washing machine to irrigate a land we own from the 3d story building, came up. And we, the girls were very impressed by the results of our efforts and what this water can bring.
From there, a degree in Biology I achieved, couldn't be geared up for anything better than this.

Recently working hand in hand with a family on a garden, where I have installed on their land something I've with Gods' help and assistance personally produced, which is of course The Grey Water Recycling System.


Cost:


I'm OK to start with only 4'000$ 


Value:

- Serves in saving Global reserve for Clean water; by providing a main irrigation "life resource" so, demand will always be expected to incline.

- This product will help save the customer a good amount of water that could have gone through the sewers, and reuse it to produce Healthy plants beneficial for him and nature.

- This products life span is 8-10 years. Customer will produce edibles and so sell or at least save from this product as long as its life span.


How much Water &  Money Saved
In numbers:

- Residents Kitchen sink and bathing average water consumption / day

- Cumulative Cost of Municipal Water consumed per year   ( Imagine the gain if just only half of it went on a garden )

Water Costs 5 shekels / cubic meter


2-4 Residents
0.25-2 cubic meter  / day
450 - 3600 shekels/ year

5-10 Residents 
2-3 cubic meters / day
3600 – 5400 shekels/ year 

11-20 Residents 
3-6 cubic meters
5400 – 10800 shekels/ year

3.5 shekels buy 10 loafes of  spherical shaped flat Bread in Palestine .... other than the fruits and veges this system can irrigate.

So money is used twice  for the same thing cleaning , then  Watering, and so saving by that an estimate costs for  buying vegetables and fruits and  / or irrigating the green trees and grass.


Key marketing strategy:
Initially, presenting the product from home to home (target customers according to certain measures which are the number of residence and land sqf surrounding the targeted building).


A Warning :

What we are doing today affects generations to come.

Global warming concerns me deeply…
Humans are losing it, they are no longer coexisting. They are intruding!

Let us be the ones that reawake their need for Nature and Nurture, the source of our prosperity, health and happiness.

At least help me achieve that here, in Palestine, where you know they need it the most.
