Alexander's Top Surgery

My name is Alexander. I am a 19 year old Transgender man living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Currently where I live there are no doctors performing Top Surgery for Trans people. I suffer from Gender Dysphoria as do a lot of trans people and having top surgery would do so much in the way of progress towards becomeing the person I've always felt I was. I work a full time job 40+ hours a week and I try my hardest to save as much money as I can but we all know how difficult it can be when you pay all your own bills. So that's why I am asking for help from all of you! My aim is to be able to go to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to have my top surgery with Dr.Garramone. Thank you for any help you can offer!
