The music is coming along wonderfully and we are scheduled to be in the studio the end of this month.  VERY EXCITING!!!!!!!!!.  I wanted to share with you the illustrious group of musicians we have on this project.

Eva Vossmerbaumer The Violinist!!!!!!!!!!

Eva Lou Vossmerbauemer begah her violin studies in classical idim in Berlin-Germany and learnd folkloric styles and jazz arrangement with violinist and composer Peter-michael Hoffman.  She performed with Gypsy Ladies(now Zucker & Zimt, Trad. East European /Klezmer/Tango) for three years in Berlin and studied music in Paris earning a Bachelors degree from Univesite de Paris 8.  Ms. Vossmerbauemer is currently a graduate of music  and violin performanceat CUNY Hunter College studying with Dr. Reuben Blundell.  She performs with the Hunter Symphony in recitals and chamber ensembles such as Tango Quintet(Project Tangeta 2011)piano trio/quartet(since 2011). accompanying Jazz singer Priscilla Owen's vocal jazz class, lending her classical and world music repertoire in duop formationwith guitar/piano to private events and to services at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Brooklyn.  Since 2009, Ms. Vossmerbauemer performs witht he first all-women mariachi group of New York  Maricahi Flor De Toloache(traditional Mexican/soul) whose recent broadcast credits includeappearances on NBC New York Live, Univision news and ABC Pennsylvania.  Since 2011 she performs and records with Brooklyn's Afri-Garifuna Jazz Ensemble(afro-Caribean Jazz).  Other performances have included art shows, The Javitz Center 9/11 Memorial Concert 2011 with Hudson's Hope (rock), and, during her 10 months voluntary service stay in Central America in 2004, shows with Sol Latino in La Antigua Guatemala and in La Luna, San Salvador.  Ms. Vossmerbauemer has earned  Teaching English Certiciicate (TESOL) at Rennert School New York and gained experience in teaching English, French and Spanish in elementary  school classes hired by Pop languages from 2007- 2011 in Paris and New York.  Teaching violin to children in group classes and individual lessons since 2010, Ms. Vossmerbauemer  is a pedagogue sensitively  opening violinists' education to styles beyond classical music while basing it on sound reading, repertoire and technique training.  Ms. Vo currently teaches at KeyNote Music Center, Inwood NY, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Brookly NY and Scarsdale Strings , Westchester, NY  Eva Vossmerbauemer
