Help a disabled Veteran Go to College...

Hi, i'm a disabled US Navy vetern who has been denied her Mongomery GI Bill because my reason for discharge was medical insted of honorable. While serving at my duty station i was drugged and sexualy assulted by an army officer and was diagnosed with PTSD. After being ridiculed by my command i was discharged. The VA said my reason for discharge wasnt enough to qullify me for a service connected disablity and i forfited my GI Bill. Even after taking out the Max amount of student loans i still have a tuition gap of about 3 grand. After exhausting all other possibilities ive started a fiverr account and this gofundme account to try and cover this ammount so i will be able to attend school. Please help me make this happen.
