Help Launch A Radio Ministry

As a radio veteran of 10 years, I've been wanting to launch something on my own in regards to a radio ministry. Not on AM/FM radio, but rather through a wider listenership over the Internet and on smartphones, but AM/FM could be a long-term future plan.
I've have a proven track record of success in radio broadcasting, but at this juncture in time, no radio station in central Illinois seems to be hiring and radio opportunities involving positive music that's family-friendly are far and in between.
I've been wanting to launch a radio ministry for the past two years. The plans are pretty much set, the music, programming and formalities have been set, but I lack the equipment to do so. Due to lack of equipment, I've had to postpone the station launch twice. I do not want to rely on the corporate world to fund this operation. No money from ClearChannel or Cumulus. It would entirely come from your support.
So, getting down to brass tax - breaking down the $1,500 we're requesting to help launch the radio ministry:
1) Deleted - received a computer donation with as much RAM and hard drive space as two desktop computers
2) Pay an entire year of broadcast royalties in advance to launch. The media group I co-own has a long-standing partnership with StreamLicensing LLC which offers Internet stream licensing which is covered by all the major international music publisher organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange and SOCAN). The basic plan is $22.50/month. ($270)
3) You can't run a radio station without a mixer and microphones. We're looking into purchasing a 6-channel mixer and three microphones, which we can get from a broadcasting wholesaler for a decent price. (Approx. $275)
4) We want to pursue some marketing, both online and outdoors. We're looking into getting some impressions through Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to bring traffic and listeners to our website. But going back to traditional methods, we've found a local company who will allow us to advertise on an 8' by 8' section of a billboard at a reasonable rate for a few months. (Approx. $556)
5) Last but not least, we need some broadcast automation software. SAM Broadcaster is the best option for us at this time, knowing past experience with the program. ($399)
