Help Fred Live Painfree

Hello everyone, Fred has had a hard life. He grew up being an unloved, outside only dog. One day he was thrown from a truck near Utopia, Texas. He was saved by Suzy. Once healthy in body and spirit, she suggested that he learn to be a service dog for a disabled veteran. There is only one problem... He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. One side is far worse than the other. Thankfully there is not any arthritis yet. He needs surgery to allow Fred to live a pain free. Please help us help Fred.
