Bosnia Flood Relief

My name is Elvisa Saltaga and I am originally from Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bosnians are really in need of your help now. Bosnia has had the heaviest rains in 120 years, resulting in flooding in much of the country displacing hundreds of thousands of people.
One of the hardest hit places was Maglaj, where my friend Adnan is from. Maglaj experienced two months of rainfall in under 48 hours. His grandparent's house in Maglaj was destroyed in the flooding, which you can see in the video at the top of the page.


Adnan's grandfather is disabled and unable to walk. Luckily neighbors helped his grandparents escape the rising flood waters. There is no flood insurance or safety net in Bosnia, and now they have nothing left.


My hope is to raise enough for Adnan to help rebuild his grandparents house and help get Bosnia back on its way to recovery. Please donate whatever you can, every dollar counts and will make a difference in their lives.
