Buddy Lost His Leg

Or beloved Buddy needs your help!
A few weeks ago, Buddy had an accident which left his front left leg broken with open wounds. He needed to have his bandages removed and his wounds cleaned every day to ensure there would be no infection and his bone could heel. Sadly, his leg got infected and then it abscessed. It was all down hill from there until yesterday when he had to have his whole leg amputated. 
Buddy is such a strong boy. Despite all of the vet visits; his broken leg being poked at and his wounds being washed, he never once showed any signs of fear. Instead, Buddy put his complete trust in us and allowed us to do what we needed to do without a muzzle or having to be sedated. 
If anyone can pull through and handle what is to come, it would be our breed embassador, Buddy.
