Russell and Rylee Celestin

On May 18th 2014, Russell O'Neil Celestin Sr.'s life was taken in a senseless act of violence leaving behind his wife Angel Peyton Celestin and his two beautiful children Russell O'Neil Celestin Jr. and Rylee Jayde Celestin. Angel is a stay at home mom working with minimal resources as Russell Sr. had no life insurance.
