Christine Scheu's Medical Bills

For more than thirty years Christine Scheu has been a licensed massage therapist who helped many of her patients to feel better through her healing hands.

Always exploding with new ideas for coffee houses or exhibitions or concerts, she has been involved in Tallahassee's cultural community and co-founded the local Argentine Tango Society.

In 2013, Christine tried to relocate to New Mexico but Tallahassee wouldn't let her go. She stayed and tried to reestablish her massage practice but many of her old friends and acquaintances are not aware that she never left and only moved to the other side of town.

For over a year, Christine has not been feeling well and has not been able to work at all since the beginning of this year. She is in a lot of pain at times and currently home-bound.

Without health insurance and any kind of income, regular visits to the doctor of her choice have become nearly impossible.
