Emily's Medical and Travel Expenses

As some of you may know, our dear friend, Emily, has relapsed into her aplastic anemia. She is currently undergoing therapy at UAMS in Little Rock in hopes of restoring her bone marrow to a normal state. She is now on a national registry to receive an allogenic bone marrow transplant, which will require her and a caregiver to travel to Houston’s M.D. Anderson hospital. Once her treatment has begun, Emily will remain in the care of the hospital for 100 days.
All of this treatment and therapy is absolutely necessary; however, it is an extremely costly process. In addition to the medical expenses themselves, there must also be accounts for lodging, travelling, and time off work. We are hoping to raise money for Emily and her family so that this may be less of a financial burden on them. Any and all donations will be gladly accepted and greatly appreciated.
