THWC MISSION TRIP TO GUATEMALA

Hello family and friends! I want to ask you to please prayerfully consider helping fund my mission trip to Guatemala in October. In February of this year my family and I started attending The Harbor Worship Center. Pastor Mike Sanes and all of the new friends we have made in the last couple months have been a great blessing to our family. Pastor Mike Sanes recently preached a 4 week series called Servolution. The message was about how we can use our God given talents and to step out of our comfort zone and serve in our local churches and communities. Inspired by that message I made the decision to serve. I have recently started serving in the connections center, I have offered to help with church building maintenance, and I have been praying about the possibility of joining the worship team. A Pastor by the name of Jimmy Tyson who serves as missonary in Guatemala visited The Harbor and spoke to the church congregation about the devastating earthquakes in Guatemala and how several Pastors and their families lost their homes. God laid on my heart that helping build a home for a Pastor and his family can be another way for me to serve. With my background in heating and air, electrical and some construction I know I would be an asset to The Harbor Worship Centers Missions Team. Now, y'all know I am a South Georgia boy and a trip like this is way out if my comfort zone, but one things for sure "If God brings me to it I know he will bring me through it"!
