Matthew is a nominee representing England and has been invited to particiapate in the 'Opening Ceremony' in Edinburgh. Please note: The news article says, 'at least £500' because when asked by the reporter I had to come up with a figure and I could only hazard a guess. I have since been advised that the amount required will be nearer £1,500. Sorry for any confusion, but this is a learning curve for me.
