Medical Bills/Living Expenses

Friends, family & all well wishers, my name is Zaman Kassim (Sam) and I was diagnosed with adeno Carcinoma (a form of cancer).  I am scheduled to undergo a whipple surgery on Tuesday, April 29th 2014 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Center in Manhattan.  Subsequently to the surgery, I anticipate an extended recuperation period.  I will be out of work indefinitely. As we all know, family living expenses continue regardless of life's uncertainties.  My family and I would appreciate any contributions you feel you could provide.  We ask that you please remember us in your thoughts and prayers.
