Rescue kennel renovation!

I am building a new pet boarding facility and I want to renovate my old kennel into a pet rescue facility. Unfortunately, I was not able to secure enough funding to do the renovation for the rescue facility. I am hoping to raise the money here, so I can include the rescue facility in my plans. If my old kennel stands empty and unused, it will just deteriorate further and not be usable for purposes of rescue later.
