Kristie's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Donation protected
Kristie was diagnosed with Breast Cancer this past year and is currently undergoing treatment. As many can understand there are medical needs that insurance does not cover so we figured we would give her a helping hand. Kristie is always willing to help others in a time of need now it is our turn to do something great for her. Kristie is an avid outsdoorsman or I should say woman. If there is anything to hunt or do outdoors she is there doing it. Her passion is hunting and spending time with her family. As family and friends have come together to help her we hope everyone else can join in as well. Kristie also hopes to raise more awareness about Breast Cancer especially in younger women as it can affect any age. Thank you for taking the time to share, like, support, and donate to this wonderful woman who has touched the hearts of everyone that knows her. She thanks each and everyone of you from the bottom of her heart. God Bless!

Kristie: Hi everyone! I want to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you that have taken the moment to look at my fundraiser. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December. As it has progressed I have started chemotherapy. It has been a challenge in itself to say the least. I have been sick and weak after treatments which is my biggest challenge due to having kids. Some days its a struggle just to get out of bed but my kiddos give me the strength to push on and get my tail up and moving everyday. I love to be outdoors as well as do anything that has to do with being outside. My biggest passion is hunting. With spring gobbler around the corner you can imagine how I'm struggling with trying to figure out how to do treatment and still bag me a gobbler in the process. If your wondering if I'm crazy for wanting hunt while sick well no I'm not. Its something that keeps me going and brings me as much joy as watching my two boys grow up. So whether I'm down n sick and miserable you better believe I will be out no matter what. I really want to express my gratitude to everyone that has supported me this far family, friends, hunting sponsors (most in which are more like family than anything), and even strangers. It brings so much joy to my heart to know there is still good people in this world. I also want to raise awareness as well for women my age to do self checks and even if you find the tiniest thing please go get it checked. I'm 28 and would of never thought I would have to go through something like this. I always thought it affected women past their 40's. Once doing research I found out it really doesn't have an age limit some ages are just more proned than others. So please don't think because your not 35 or older you don't need to worry about it. If i can help one woman save herself from going through what I have had to then my life is whole and I know I served a purpose. Once again I want to thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart and I love each and every one of you! God Bless!

Update: We are at the home stretch with surgery about to be done! We are still asking for donation to cover excess medical expenses that insurance hasn't covered. Thank you everyone that has donated and continue to support me through everything. I can;t thank each of you enough.
