I have not given up on my search for a little home close to my grandchildren. This home is right down the street, already fenced in for children and puppies, and will afford us to live off of one income. Since I recently had to stop working due to health reasons, this small home would allow us to pay down our increased medical debt. It would also aid in my health due to it being on one level and not being able to climb stairs easily anymore. Any help would be truly appreciated. We have saved what portion we can on our own, but due to it being in foreclosure a traditional mortgage is not possible and it needs to be sold as a cash sale, as many homes are in these days in this economy. I refuse to give up, it is not in me to do so .
