Hello!
This summer I hope to be able to travel to Masvingo, Zimbabwe with Cru, a Christian college community built around connecting people with their faith, to assist the VisionTrust team.
The VisonTrust team focuses on helping the numerous orphans and children that lack basic resources in their villages. We will be teaming up with Zimbabwean Christian leaders to try and bring a spark of happiness back into the lives of the less fortunate children. We will play games and activities with them, help them in their daily tasks, and hopefully show them what God's love looks and feels like.
About a week ago I had no idea I would be engaging on this adventure this summer. However, when the opportunity came I couldn't pass it up. I am currently trying everything I can do to raise the upcoming money due for my flight and trip expenses. Every donation counts and gets me one step closer to being able to pursue my dream of traveling across the globe to help a community in need. If you are unable to donate, I simply ask for your prayers for a safe and sucessful trip.
