help save toro, the wonder dog

toro needs immediate surgery to live. he ingested some carpet pieces and now his insides are in a knot. he cant eat or drink and is on an iv for fluids. unfortunately vets will not do surgery without payment first. he is a fun loving friendly dog and he's only 6years old.
