On April 19th, Evansville Crossfit is sponsoring a fundraiser for Shawn and Jennifer King. Jennifer King is battling stage 4 cancer, her second battle. Jennifer and Shawn have 4 boys, actively participate in Crossfit or Crossfit kids and, as a family, always do what they can for the local community and the Crossfit co...mmunity."
We have invited the local boxes (Lion's Pride, Owensboro Crossfit, and OnPoint Crossfit) to join Evansville Crossfit in the Queen of King's WOD. This invitation is also open to any community members that want to come throw down with us for this great cause! Friends and family will be gathering afterward with the goal of raising a substantial amount of money to help offset the oncoming staggering medical costs.
We will have an entry fee/ donation of $20 for all WOD participants that will go directly to the family! There will be food for all the participants & activities for the kiddos, so bring the whole family. We really want the community to join together and support one of our own!
