My little brother is terminal

My 9 year old brother is terminally ill with lupus and a failing heart. on top of that he has aspergers. He lives in New Mexico and I live in virginia but I cannot visit him due to lack of funds and have only ever met him once in my life. He calls me all the time and asks when I will be able to visit and it breaks my heart to tell him I can't see him because I can't afford to. I would love to visit him before it's too late and I would use this money to get to him and when I got there I want to give the rest of the money I raise to my dad and stepmom for bills because they are poor from paying off the surgeries my stepmom had to get rid of her cancer and cannot cover the amount of expenses my little brother has in hospital bills. He's such a sweet little boy and I miss him so much and I feel so bad that my dad and stepmom cannot afford to pay his medical bills.
