Help Baby Leeim

My son Bryan and wife Sarah are having a baby boy. His name is Leeim and the little guy has spina -bifida. There are 3 kinds. Leeim's is the worst. He has a hole and sack On l1,l2,l3 of spine,in which it lets fluid go to the brain. Sarah and Leeim will be having surgery while in the womb in a few weeks. They will close up the hole. Doctors say that they have a 80 % chance of helping Leeim by doing this surgery. He is a very lively baby boy kicking as a normal pregnacy. If surgery is not done there is possibilty he could not ever walk and other health risks. They need help with medical cost as well as travel and lodging expenses. The family will have to stay in Philidelphia for 3 months and then after he's born another additional 2 weeks.
