Pray for Jeremy Phillips

Jeremy Phillips is a newlywed who has been suddenly diagnosed with heart failure at the young age of 26. The doctors have determined that he needs a heart transplant in order to survive. He and his wife Emily are also expecting their first baby! Please help them raise enough money to pay for rising medical bills as well as expenses that will be adding up during this difficult time.
