Help Briar get an operation

Hey all, my name's Briar and I'm 27 years old. I've been transitioning (female to male) for a while now, been on testosterone since early 2012, along with binding my chest since I was about 17 or so.
Over the years, I've been trying to save up for it with very little success. Things happen here and there that eat away at what little savings I manage to get from my smaller wage job. Now school also takes away from it, too, and limits my hours that I can work.
Considering this, I decided to finally ask for help from anyone who sees this.
Why do I want to get this surgery that costs a lot and that I'll spend about a month recovering from? I just wish to be able to feel like my true self. It's, also, to help rid me of: constaintly worrying about how noticable my chest is when I go out/to work, causing more back/spine problems, sweating large amounts underneath my binder in the summer, and causing health problems with my lungs during winter.
If you can't give much, that's okay! The smallest amount is the best gift ever and will still get me closer to my goal. I'm extremely grateful to those who also share my page with others when they can't donate themselves.
