Mr. Milton's Vet Bills

I found Milton outside an old apartment building, scared and miserable. When I realized he was blind, I rushed the poor guy to a vet who told me he'd been permanently blinded due to an eye infection run rampant. I spoke with the people had a set food out, who said I could have him. They'd tossed him out because they'd run out of litter. 

Unfortunately, Mr. Milton has had regular problems with his eyes and the vet who is seeing him now wants to send him to an ophthamalogist. I've been having to run up credit cards now just to get him the care he needs and I can't afford the vet bills that will come.  All donations will only be used for his bills.
