After more than 5 months of hospital visits due to bone pain, bloody noses, high fevers and problems breathing, Marcus was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in July of 2011 at the age of 2. Soon after the diagnosis, Marcus was put into surgery and endured his first round of chemotherapy. Needless to say, over the last few years he has had numerous blood and platelet transfusions and continued chemotherapy. With a constantly compromised immune system, he is always at risk of illness and medical complications. His family has been struggling with medical expenses since his diagnosis and we are asking our Zumba community to unite and help them! Join us at Omalleys on 4th Ave on Saturday, April 19th from 1-3PM for a fun, jam-packed Zumba Party! Event proceeds will directly help Marcus and his family. 12:30PM - Check In 1:00-3:00PM - Party Time!
