Basement Repair Fund

I am a single mom of 2 boys. Two years ago I was finally able to buy a townhome. Shortly after purchasing, we started having water seep into the basement. After this last storm, the basement flooded. After having an inspection done, I was told I need a drain tile system, or the ground will continue to wash away under the basement, and one of the walls will give way! If I have the drain tile system installed, the water problems will be history! This will make it so we can finish the basement over time, and this really will be our dream home for years to come.
