Brandon needs a new leg.

After many years of struggling with drugs and alcohol, I finally got my life together.  Through working with other alcoholics, and demonstrating an ambitious work ethic, I've been given an amazing life.

After completing a treatment program, I got a job working for a meat distribution company bagging ground beef.  Through hard work, and demonstration of commitment to the company, I rapidly advanced within the company's ranks, eventually promoted to Inventory Operations Manager.

While working with alcoholics and working 12 hour days, I found the time to do the two things that I am most passionate about: riding motorcycles and playing music.

On June 16th 2015, with 2 and a half years of sobriety, I was riding my motorcycle home from work to play a concert later that night.  Distracted by smoke on the side of the highway, I ran my motorcycle into the back of a car that was parked on the highway.  Consequently, I lost my left leg just below the knee.

I am asking for $6000 right now to help get me back up and walking, and to help with my out-of-pocket medical bills that I cannot afford.
