Liver Transplant Transportation, medical

My 5 yr old son Nathan has a rare form of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin deficiency ( this is a genetic condition), We did not find out that he was sick until Oct of 2013. But by the time we found out major damage had already been done. He has an enlarged spleen, his gallbladder, pancreas, stomach and portal vein that connect the spleen to the liver are all being affected. He has Cirrhosis and fibrosis of the liver.
  When the call comes only one person can fly with him to Georgia, so the other parent has to find their own way there, We will be there for a month and need help covering his medical bills, transportation and meal costs. Neither his Father nor I will have any income coming in for that time.  Anything will help.
