Kim entered my life a couple of years ago like a whirl wind. Vibrant, beautiful, and OMG the girl could talk.
Kim shared with me the adventures she had with many of you. How she had a crush on Shaun, proud to say, my son back in High School.
Certainly to Shaun' dismay, she told me all about the High school parties, some at our house. You know "When the cat's away, the mice will play".
She inched into my heart and filled our time together with laughter; she reminded me of youthful innocence; and she truly loved me as no other friend has.
We shared so much in a short time.
We dreamed together of the perfect wedding.
What she would wear,
the flowers, her hair
and who would be there.
How long it had been though,
we had not dreamed of our fairy tale day.
She stopped sharing with me. Not all together, just the pain. Dana posted the perfect sentiment: "You are so brave and quiet, I forget you are suffering." Ernest Hemingway
Kimber I hope you can hear,
do not fear,
you achieved all that you needed from me.
All my love and acceptance.
Please continue to contribute to pay for Kim's final expenses. Through our kindness and generosity, we can make a difference.
