Lymphedema Compression Garments

I am hoping to get a set of Ready Wrap compression garments for my Stage 3 Lymphedema. These will allow me to remove and replace my mandatory compression on my own. Currently I use compression wraps which I have to have help putting on. Since stage 3 Lymphedema is a life-long condition, being able to be more independent with my compression would be amazing. Also being able to take them off daily for skin care would help a lot.
Backstory:
I have stage 3 lymphedema of the legs (sometimes referred to as elephantiasis). After a 10 day stay in the hospital (where I narrowly avoided losing one or both legs as well as major surgery) I spent another year in physical therapy. Now, in order to keep the lymphedema under control, I must wear compression wraps 24/7 from toe to hip on both legs. Without compression even in an hour's time, my legs will begin to swell up.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that the compression wraps or garments are vital to keeping me ambulatory (and keeping my legs), insurance does not pay for Lymphedema related materials. The compression wraps themselves are $28 each (I use 10 for a full wrap) and should be replaced every six months.
The full set of Ready Wraps last longer and can be adjusted throughout the day which will also improve the health of my legs. But the $600 price tag is beyond my reach.
