Quare Square Collective is an artists collective that seeks to support LGBTQ artists of color in the midwest by facilitating collaborative works; marketing and advertising; and publication and performances.
Quare Square Collective envisions artists that are able to produce their works free of race, class, gender and sexual identity-based impediments that often limit LGBTQ artists of color.
GOALS:
short-term (6 months- 1 year)
Establish a Board of Directors: Several high-profiled queer artists of color have been instrumental in Quare Square. These individuals will be invited to serve as its Board of Directors. DONE
Apply for 501(c)3 non profit status (in process)
Branding: create logo, website. The website will feature member profiles, link to individual member pages, and promote member events.

Member collaborations: Facilitate collaborations amongst members and create an annual Quare Square Collective project.
Promote individual member events and artwork as well as the collective.
Support member events as a collective
Collaborate with and support organizations committed to social justice and health and well being of LGBTQ of color communities.
