Just offered an Internship in London!!!!

I WAS JUST OFFERED AN IMMEDIATE INTERNSHIP IN LONDON!!! 
Please anything will HELP..... Start date mid March! Aaahhh! :)

Two years ago I had the amazing opportunity to visit a friend in England for a few days and I loved it! Every thing about England made me feel happy and welcomed.My goal of this Go Fund Me page is to help raise funds so I can travel back to England and work as an fashion intern for 3 months.This step would be an amazing highlight to have on my resume and would definetly help me stand out in my future professional endevors.

Unfortunetly, like most internships the ones I am finding are unpaid.I have been saving for a while now but as I research I'm finding short term rooms to rent in London are very expensive.Much more than I ever dreamed.With plane ticket,rent,bills,and an occasional fish and chip I've estimated its going to cost at least $7,000 grand to live 3 months in London.Its my hope through friends,family,and supporters to raise enough money to help with living costs. 

Now about me for those who don't know. My name is Sarah and I just earned my second BFA degree in fashion design from Virginia Commonwealth University.My first degree was completed in 2002 from Edinboro University of PA in weaving fibers and textile design.After graduation I was a restaurant manager for many years until I gave up the full time salary,vacation time,bonuses, and insurance to go back to school.While managing was a good job it just wasn't the right job for me.They say, "Live the life you love and Love the life you live" so back to school I went to study.

Going back to university as an adult was so difficult but I'm proud I did it.You feel a bit out of place somedays as your classmates are 17 years younger and your teachers are 3 years older.That plus learning a new challenging trade and getting caught up to date with technology was a bit overwhelming.The thought however of accomplishing another graduation and seeing the world as a fashion designer got me through those days, along with the help and support of my new fashion family and friends.

Please any contribution will help. Even just a $5, $10,or $20 donation would really add up in time.As a small thank you, it is my goal to post pictures and updates on my blog so you can see where your money has went and how you have helped me so much.I promise to make those posts clever,funny,and interesting.I'd be willing to even take requests such as "please take a head stand photo in front of Buckingham palace while proping up a thank you sign".Really friends we could have fun with this. :)  Thank you!
