Mr. Green's Kidney Transplant

Hi Everyone,I have a wonderful art teacher at my school who has really inspired me. He suffers from FSGS, a rare and ultimately fatal kidney disease. He has reached the point where he must have a kidney transplant and after searching for a donor since 2007, one has been found and he has been cleared for his transplant. Mr. Green still needs help to cover the cost of his surgery and the care he will need following his surgery. Please help in raising $10,000 for his kidney transplant!
