Help Martin get a wheelchair van!

Hello my name is Martin, I am 28 years old and I have muscular dystrophy.
Currently whenever I go out, my wife Sarah picks me up out of my manual wheelchair, puts me on her back, and sets me into our car. Then she folds and lifts my 42lbs wheelchair and puts it in the back of the car. My hope is to raise funds to buy a used wheelchair accessible minivan so that I can use my power wheelchair outside of the house. My wife is one of the only people who can safely lift me, so being able to drive my power wheelchair into a van would not only make things easier on both of us, but it would also allow me much more freedom to get out and about with friends and family.
In October 2011, we were fortunate enough to be able to rent an accessible van for our wedding week. It. Was. Awesome. I didn't have to rely on anyone to transfer me in or out of the van, or have to lift my manual wheelchair. As long as I had someone to drive me, I was good to go! That particular van is way out of our price range, but we are hoping that with your help we can find something similar.
