American Citizenship Fund

I've lived in the US for 11 years since this past July. My father and grandfather are both U.S. citizens and while I have permanent residence, I'd like to finally have the right to become a full-fledged American and exercise the right to vote!

I'm a simple girl with big dreams. I went to high school in the beautiful city of Frisco, Texas, and later pursued my Bachelor on Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts degree in Savannah Georgia. Currently I'm making a living as a freelance artist in Sherman Oaks, CA and while I told myself I'd save up for the test, our impromptu moving across the country this summer left a bit of dent in my wallet.
To add a bit of suspense, my greencard expires next year and I'd like to go ahead and file for citizenship instead of having to go through the hassle of reneuing my greencard.

I have a fighting spirit and have always tried to better my situation by creating my own oportnities, however I am also humble enough to know when I need help.

The funds would be used as follows:
It costs $680 to file an application for citizenship, which would include:
$595 application fee and
$85 fingerprinting fee.

Study Guide/Test and Interview DVD
$60.00

This brings it to a grand total of $740.00.
