Maine Mountain Children's House is a non-profit Montessori preschool in Kingfield, Maine, just south of Sugarloaf Mountain and Carrabassett Valley. The school offers a unique educational experience encouraging each child to grow academically, emotionally and socially while fostering independence, respect, and responsibility to self, others, and the Earth.

On January 6, Samantha Wright, the Executive Director and Founder of Maine Mountain Children's House, was killed in a car accident. Your donations will help accomplish Sam's short and long term goals for her school. Fundraising has always been necessary for the school's survival, but we're doubling our efforts to make sure Sam's school thrives.
