Help Shannon Hollywood Kid Crawford

I'm a long time friend of Shannon "Hollywood Kid" Crawford. He has been in the hospital for over a week and is scheduled for major surgery on Friday, August 21. 

Hollywood Kid has always been there for me anytime I needed him.  Sometimes we go months without talking, but whenever we do it's just like old times. Please help me help him out in his time of need with a small donation.
