New Wheelchair For Tamandra + Justice

I find myself in need of a new wheelchair, as the current one has a some strange defect that causes the front wheels to freeze randomly, especially when wet out. Like a severe version of shopping cart gone bad- I've had some bad accidents and it's quite dangerous. I have a pup that LOVES to push me- fast- in my wheelchair! I so am hoping for a new one that's safe for both of us! I'd like to have a Freewheel attachment with it, so we can go over any kind of terrain.
