Helping Boxer Dogs in Need.

I've always loved animals and always help an animal in need if I can. On the 5th of July 2011, I saw this boxer running in the street about to get run over by numerous cars in the 115 degree heat, me and my family pulled our car over and the dog came right up to us, we gave her water and brought her to our home. We put up fliers and where we found her but no one claimed her.


We then found out she was ill , and needed surgery for a cancerous tumor. We couldn't afford it, my mother has cancer and we're struggling as is, but The Boxer Rescue of Las Vegas paid for everything with no questions asked. Muffy "the rescue" had her surgery successfully but was too old for chemo, she was 9. I was told the cancer would spread and she would pass. Almost 2 years later early November 2013 sweet Muffy passed and the Boxer Rescue paid for her cremation too.

I miss her dearly, I have had many dogs in my life but Muffy was just one of the sweetest. I am trying to raise money to help others in my situation, and to help raise money for the rescue, or any rescue I can help. The Boxer Rescue helped me and Muffy through so much, and continue to help and adopt out dogs and do their best. Anything truly does help, for vaccines, surgeries or just dog food.
