Helping My Friends Feed Their Families

Some of my friends are struggling in silence and a dam broke today when I pondered a question on Facebook.
I posted a message wondering what families of The Great Depression did differently than we do today and learned via private messages that many of my close friends are privately struggling to feed their families right now. I don't have extra cash, but I do have extra paintings that I'm auctioning--all funds raised are going directly to these families.
I set up this page for people who would like to donate aside from or on top of bidding/winning the paintings I'm auctioning.
I've set the original goal for $150 each for five families. It's not much, but I know how resourceful these families are and this amount will buy them 3-4 weeks worth of groceries.
(According to GoFundMe's FAQs The fees associated are equal to 7.9% + $.30 and the goal is $750 thus the $1000 goal, to cover fees and still have enough to give to these 5 families $150 each.)
If we raise more money, I'll give each family a bit more and/or find other who need a little help right now.
