I want to be a pastry artist!

I've put off going back to school for years for a myriad of excuses. "It won't work out" "It's too much money" "I don't think I can work and go to school" With the inspiration, love and support of my parents and my friends, it's now becoming a reality. I got accepted to my dream school for their Baking and Pastry program for April 2014. My ultimate dream is to open a bakery.

I've qualified for a grant, as well as two small loans and although this was a blessing, I still need to come up with the last $869. This is the last piece of the puzzle. If it's a dollar or two, or a share of this, every little bit will help. Just the emotional support of my friends and family have been more than I could have ever asked for. Everytime I'm in the bakery on Main Street in Disney, I can't help thinking that the fine desserts and treats crafted there are what I want to create. Someday I hope I can craft something that makes people just as happy.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
