Sensei Vecchio and I would like to thank all that have donated to her Cancer Fund. It has meant so much to her to see so many loving students and Instructors show their love. Reading the warm notes and letters to her puts a smile on her face and that to me is worth everything. I thank you for showing not only your love, but respect for my mom as she has wanted and done nothing more but live and spread Aikido all over the world.

Thank You,
Sensei Vecchio

To all my family, friends and Aikido students. As most of you know I'm raising money to help pay for medical expenses and every day living for my mom. I've done my very best and have been posting this now for 2 months. I am unable to pay all the bills and still buy food not to mention Christmas for her at all. This is my last post and my last plea for help. Anybody that knows my mom knows what a wonderful person she is and has been fighting cancer for many years. She doesn't bitch or complain or ask anybody for help, she keeps it to herself. She will have a smile on her face even when the pain is so bad most of us would buckle. She helps others in so many ways and most people never know or hear about it. I have read so many letters from students thanking her for saving there life, helping there family, making them strong and showing them what love & peace truly is. I want her to feel peace & love so please help me make this a Christmas to remember, donate with your heart to someone that only loves others and has done nothing but give. God Bless you all, have a very Merry Christmas.

Linda - I remember your visit to Shodokan about 100 years ago (in Swampscott, MA). The dojo is now located in Beverly Massachusetts and Mr. Mulligan is still bright eyed & bushy tailed…though he's given up cigars.
