Paternity Test for Lukas

I need to order a legally admissible paternity test in order to gain Insurance coverage and child support for Lukas from his father who is denying paternity. His father is in the Navy so all I have to obtain is this test and they will ensure that he pays the child support. the father has agreed to take the test as long as I provide it. I am a full-time student and stay at home with this handsome little man as I can not afford daycare for him to go to work at the moment. Obtaining this paternity test would significantly improve quality of life for little man Lukas. Anything that helps us come close to the amount is so helpful! Update: I e-mailed the Paternity testing company and got a lower rate. It will just add a few days processing time and have mailed results instead of online and is a cheek swab instead of blood draw. Still 100% legally binding! Here is the new lower quote:
